The Association of International Foods & Nutrition("AIFN") declares the following statement on the personal information protection, in order to guarantee safe access to this website(www.aifn.org: "AIFN website").
1．Collection and the usage of the personal information
Collection of the personal information of AIFN website users（"the personal information"）is limited within activities of AIFN, on condition that AIFN clarifies the collection purposes. In addition, the usage of the personal information does not deviate from the collection purpose.
2．Privacy policy and personal information protection
The management of the personal information must be performed adequately and strictly. AIFN does not offer the data to third parties without consent of AIFN website users, and without legally effective procedure for disclosure. In addition, AIFN executes appropriate processes to prevent unjust access, loss, manipulation, and a leak to the personal information.
3．Governing laws
AIFN observes The Act concerning Protection of Personal Information (Japan Law No. 57, 2003).
4．Personal information protection regime and continuous improvement
AIFN enforces continuous improvement to the system and structure of the management about the personal information protection.
